TITLE I - General Provisions and Opening Hours

Art. 1 — Object of the Internal Regulations

These Internal Regulations regulate the operational functioning of the campus, the conduct of service users, students, employees, interns, volunteers and visitors, complementing the rules of the Bylaws of the INSTITUTO CAMPINEIRO DOS CEGOS TRABALHADORES (ICCT).

TITLE I - General Provisions and Opening Hours

Article 2 — Official Campus Opening Hours

The ICCT campus, located at Avenida Washington Luiz, 570 in Campinas/SP, is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Morning workshops take place from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and afternoon workshops from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The Solidarity Bazaar is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Article 3 — Total Free of Social Assistance Services

All screening, rehabilitation, child license services, Braille courses, accessible IT, psychosocial support and meals served in the cafeteria are 100% free for registered beneficiaries and their families.

TITLE II - Rights, Duties and Coexistence of Assisted Persons and Students

Article 4 — Rights of Assisted People and Students

The rights of every registered assisted person are: I - To be welcomed with politeness, respect and without any discrimination based on race, color, gender or belief; II - Receive individualized monitoring from a multidisciplinary team; III - Use accessible equipment and facilities on campus during workshop hours.

TITLE II - Rights, Duties and Coexistence of Assisted Persons and Students

Article 5 — Duties and Attendance Rules

The duties of service users are: I - Maintain regular attendance at registered workshops; II - Justify absences in advance with the Social Service via official form; III - Ensure the conservation of canes, computers, Braille displays and furniture.

TITLE II - Rights, Duties and Coexistence of Assisted Persons and Students

Article 6 — Justification of Absences and Absences

Absence not reported for 3 (three) consecutive meetings will result in proactive contact from the Social Service team to check the family's situation, and the vacancy may be rescheduled in case of uninformed withdrawal.

TITLE III - Conduct of Employees, Volunteers and Interns

Article 7 — Ethical and Anti-Ability Stance

It is the duty of every CLT employee, volunteer and intern to treat service users with autonomy and respect, prohibiting attitudes of overprotection, infantilization, raised tone of voice or assistance-based approaches that remove the protagonism of the blind person.

TITLE III - Conduct of Employees, Volunteers and Interns

Article 8 — Mandatory Training in Sighted Guide

All new employees and volunteers admitted to the ICCT must undergo initial reception, attitudinal posture and Sighting Guide technique training taught by the Orientation and Mobility team.

TITLE IV - Accessibility Standards, Use of Facilities and Guide Dogs

Article 9 — Free Guide Dog Transit

According to Federal Law No. 11,126/2005, the service dog has free movement and remains with its blind handler in all campus facilities, including classrooms, cafeteria, auditorium and administrative area.

Article 10 — Free Route on Tactile Floors

It is expressly prohibited to obstruct the directional and warning tactile floor routes with boxes, furniture, vehicles, plants or maintenance materials in any area of the 19,700 m² campus.

TITLE V - Security, Data Protection Regulations (LGPD) and Ombudsman

Article 11 — Data Protection and Secrecy of Medical Records (LGPD)

Anamnesis records, psychology reports and social assistance histories are kept under strict professional secrecy in accordance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/18), accessible only to qualified professionals.

TITLE V - Security, Data Protection Regulations (LGPD) and Ombudsman

Article 12 — Ombudsman and Conflict Resolution Channel

Any assisted person, family member or collaborator may forward questions, reports of non-compliance or compliments to the Ethics Committee through the Ombudsman's Office at the general secretariat or through the official ICCT electronic portal.
