What is Qualification?

Building Skills from Early Childhood

A Visual Qualification is the primary learning process aimed at individuals who do not have visual memory of colors, shapes or spaces. Unlike rehabilitation (which readapts lost functions), habilitation builds cognitive, motor, social and emotional repertoire from scratch, using auditory, tactile, proprioceptive and relational stimuli.

Support for school and pedagogical inclusion

Follow-up Focus

  • Children and adolescents with congenital visual impairment.
  • Young people in the literacy and formal schooling phase.
